CLARK TURNER OPENS VILLA MODELS AT THE RESIDENCES AT BULLE ROCK

HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (Jan. 23, 2007) — Following the success of its single family homes at The Residences at Bulle Rock, Clark Turner has added villa homes to the mix. The builder recently opened its Citation and Affirmed villa models, in keeping with the development's horse racing theme.

According to Clark Turner, "No one would expect in a villa home the design excitement featured in these homes."

Citation
Citation is a traditional one-and-a-half-story 2,600-square-foot villa with stone front and two-car garage. Family and friends can gather comfortably in the great room, with its 12-foot barrel ceiling and Palladian windows. The kitchen features glazed maple cabinets in staggered height with stacked trim and some glass doors. Step outside to the private courtyard area with grill, under-counter beverage refrigerator and fireplace.
