CLARK TURNER SIGNATURE HOMES WINS BEST IN AMERICAN LIVING AWARDS

HAVRE DE GRACE, Md. (Mar. 5, 2007) –Clark Turner Signature Homes received national recognition at the Best in American Living Award Celebration hosted by Professional Builder Magazine and the National Association of Home Builders Design Committee.

Best in American Living Platinum, Gold and Silver Awards were presented to "innovative and sophisticated builders, architects, interior designers, marketing experts and land planners - all dedicated to discovering, developing and expressing the best in American Living."

Platinum and Gold Awards for "Best Detail in a Production Home" were awarded to Clark Turner Signature Homes for their homes in The Residences at Bulle Rock. The award recipients included:

Builder: Clark Turner Signature Homes, Belcamp, Md.
Designer/Architect: The Martin Architectural Group, Philadelphia
Interior Designer: LeMaire Interieurs, Bel Air, Md.
Land Planner: Morris Ritchie Associates, Abingdon, Md.

Clark Turner Signature Homes will build approximately 150 villas homes and 150 single-family homes at The Residences at Bulle Rock. Last year, the builder won several Maryland Awards of Excellence from the Sales and Marketing Council of the Home Builders Association of Maryland for its Bulle Rock homes.

With the slogan, "Life Imitates Vacation," The Residences at Bulle Rock is being developed by Manekin, LLC, Clark Turner and H&S Development Corporation around the five-star Bulle Rock Golf Course (home of the McDonald's LPGA Championship) in Havre de Grace, Md.
