1. Selecting Your Home – The process begins the moment you meet with your sales associate to tour the community and the model of your choice. Next, you’ll select your homesite and the floor plan that’s right for you.
   
   
2. Selecting Your Options – Your sales associate will introduce you to one of our design consultants at your next meeting. That’s when you’ll make important choices like the elevation and color schemes of the exterior, as well as the major interior options like house extensions and extra rooms.
   
   
3. Personalize Your Home – At this meeting, your sales associate and design consultant will help you customize and personalize your home, from selecting appliances and finishes to flooring and fixtures.
   
   
4. Pre-Construction Meeting – This is your chance to review the final details of your selections with your sales associate and project manager. In addition, you will visit your lot prior to groundbreaking.
   
   
5. Pre-Drywall Walk-Through – This tour of your home is your opportunity to "see inside the walls" and learn how your home is built. Your sales associate and project manager will be with you every step of the way as we show off Clark Turner Signature Homes' workmanship. We'll review the framing, electrical and plumbing work to ensure that everything is as you ordered.
   
   
6. New Home Orientation – Excitement is in the air as you join your sales associate, service manager, project manager and warranty manager for a first look at the quality workmanship of your new home. In addition to making sure everything is right, they’ll review with you how to operate all of the various systems in your home.
   
   
7. Settlement Day – The moment you’ve been waiting for! Upon completion of your paperwork, your sales associate will present you with the keys to your new home.
   
   
8. 120-Day Walk-Through – This is where you find out how committed Clark Turner Signature Homes is to your ultimate satisfaction. It’s an opportunity to get together with your service manager and make sure that your home is still everything you dreamed it would be.
   
   
9. 1-Year Walk-Through – Eight months after the 120-day walk-through, Clark Turner is still there for you, giving you another opportunity to let us know if everything is still perfect. And giving us one more opportunity to keep it that way.
