Buying one of our homes should be as easy as living in one.

1. Selecting Your Home – The process begins the moment you meet with your Sales Consultant to tour the community and the model of your choice. Next, you’ll select your homesite and the floor plan that’s right for you.
   
   
2. Selecting Your Options – This is when you’ll make important choices like the elevation and color schemes of the exterior, as well as the structural interior options, house extensions and extra rooms.
   
   
3. Personalize Your Home – At this meeting, your sales associate will introduce you to your design consultant who will help you customize and personalize your home. From selecting appliances and finishes to flooring and fixtures, your design consultant will complete 100% of your selections with you to ensure that all your home's materials and construction schedules can be set.
   
   
4. Pre-Construction Meeting – This is your chance to review the final details of your selections with the Sales Consultant. In addition, you may visit your lot prior to or during ground breaking for site orientation.
   
   
5. Pre-Drywall Walk-Through – This tour of your home is an opportunity to "see inside the walls" and learn how your home is built. The Superintendant of Construction will demonstrate Clark Turner Homes' workmanship. They'll review the framing, electrical and plumbing work to ensure that everything is as you ordered.
   
   
6. New Home Orientation – Excitement is in the air as you are introduced to your Service Manager for the finished look at the quality workmanship of your new home. They’ll review with you how to operate all the various systems in your new home and discuss our warranty program.
   
   
7. Settlement Day – The moment you’ve been waiting for... Upon completion of your paperwork, you will be presented with the keys to your new home.

9. 120-Day Walk-Through – This is where you'll find out how committed Clark Turner Homes is to your ultimate satisfaction. It’s an opportunity to get together with your service manager and make sure that your home remains everything you dreamed it would be.
   
   
10. 1-Year Walk-Through – Eight months after the 120-day walk-through, Clark Turner Homes continues to be there for you, giving you another opportunity to let us know if everything is still within your satisfaction.
